Felt safe ordering directly from the app. Was going to buy thru Verizon received a better deal. Samsung had the best prices. The app was easy to navigate. My big gripe was not getting an advertised credit. During checkout it failed to show up. I cancelled few times started over but still would not work. I want my advertised credit. Would hv lowered my price. Was angry about that. Tried several times still same result and c.s. was of no help. Don't know if I'll shop with them again.

This app is an absolute mess for the past few months, at least. Every single time I'm browsing it, I'm met with the "it's not you, it's us" errors message while trying to view certain products. I thought updates would have addressed this issue long ago but they haven't. It's extremely frustrating and I hope Samsung gets it together soon!

This app is not user friendly. Also it doesn't keep track of your purchases. Because of the difficult and how confusing this app is I've made several in error that I had to later cancel. After finaly being able to compete the order I receive an email indicating ; We’re sorry! At this time we are unable to complete your order because you have exceeded the maximum number of purchases and/or transactions allowed.
