Remember many of these "RECIPES" promote certain brands of oils you can use ANY brand you feel comfortable with. Personally I get mine from a nearby natural food store. So I do not promote any certain brand, or any guarantee on these "RECIPIES" they are just guidelines as with medicine we are all different and our bodies respond differently.
