- "War-Mantle. Cluster-Prism. Black-Saber."
- ―Jyn Erso
Black-Saber was a code name for a data tape in the Galactic Empire's data vault on Scarif. Rebel Alliance member Jyn Erso mentioned it while searching for the Death Star's plans.[3] Tenzigo Weems found a mention of it in an intercepted data packet that was pulled from the Balmorra relay. He reported it to Davits Draven.[4]
Behind the scenes[]
Black-Saber was first mentioned in the 2016 Star Wars Anthology Series film, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, directed by Gareth Edwards.[3]
