The Orange Panthacs were a privately-owned platoon of B2 super battle droids used during the Yuuzhan Vong War with the intention of slowing down the Yuuzhan Vong's frequent occupation of planets. On the world of Mantessa, the droids were able to fight off a force of Yuuzhan Vong Fire Breathers. Chief of State Cal Omas of the Galactic Alliance later awarded the Orange Panthacs a special commendation.[1]
