Pax Aurora was a Galactic Empire project.^[3] The project's file was kept in the vault of the Citadel Tower on Scarif.^[4] Tenzigo Weems found a mention of it in an intercepted data packet that was pulled from the Balmorra relay. He reported it to Davits Draven.^[5]
