An effortless way
to track your sleep.
Sleep Sensing1 uses motion and sound to monitor your sleep – so there’s nothing to wear or remember to charge. It tracks when you go to bed, when you wake up, and how long you’ve slept.2

Every morning, you can see your sleep summary on Nest Hub. Or just ask, “Hey Google, how did I sleep last night?”
Get a deeper look into your sleep.
Sleep Sensing makes it easier to understand what could be impacting your sleep. It can detect your respiratory rate, and even sleep disturbances like coughing and snoring.2, 4
Sleep Sensing can also help you make your bedroom better for sleep. It notices light and temperature changes in the room, so you’ll know if your environment could be affecting your sleep.
Get a good night’s sleep,
night after night.
Sleep Sensing helps you improve your sleep with personalized insights and recommendations.1 And after getting to know your sleep patterns and habits, it gives you weekly suggestions for more consistent and restful sleep.2
