To keep our systems healthy and accounts safe, Google may limit the number of actions users can make per day.
You can buy Google products as an add-on paid subscription to any Google Workspace edition directly from Google or from a reseller. (If you're not sure how your service was purchased, go to Identify your reseller).
Criteria for accessing Google products
Once your account has met the following criteria, you and your users will have access to Google services:
- Google has processed a payment for your account of at least $5 USD (or equivalent in your currency).
Note: This amount doesn’t include the cost to purchase your domain if you purchased it through Google Domains. - Your users agree to follow all Google Terms of Service.
Make a payment
If you signed up for Google Workspace directly from Google, you can make an early payment or pay for more user accounts to access Google products. After you make the payment, if you have any issues, reach out to support. It might take up to 72 hours before the payment is processed and services become available.
When you sign up for a product and set up a payment method, Google processes your payment automatically. You can also make a payment manually. For details, go to Make a manual payment or pay early.
