Accept an invitation to an existing AdMob account

AdMob users with administrator permissions can share their account with other people, such as partners, employees, friends and family. You’ll receive a confirmation email if someone invites you to access an AdMob account.

To accept the invitation and begin accessing the AdMob account:

  1. Check your email for the invitation from AdMob. This email also indicates which user role you’ve been assigned.
  2. Click the Accept invitation link in the email.
  3. Sign in to AdMob with your existing Google Account.

If you want to use a different Google Account than the one where you received the invitation, contact the administrator who sent the invite and ask them to send a new invite to the address you want to use instead.

Tip: You’ll have 20 days to accept an invitation before it expires. Once it expires, the AdMob account administrator has to invite you again.

Access campaigns as an invited user

To access the campaigns feature, you’ll need to have access to the Google Ads account associated with the AdMob account.

Ask an administrator of the Google Ads account to share access. Ensure that the invitation is sent to the same email you use to access the AdMob account.

If you’re not sure what Google Ads account is associated with the AdMob account, you can ask an AdMob administrator to check the Google Ads customer ID.

To create and edit campaigns, you’ll need Standard or Administrative permissions in the Google Ads account.

Note: The permissions level you have in AdMob does not carry over to the Google Ads account.

You’ll receive a confirmation email if someone invites you to access a Google Ads account. To accept the invitation, click the appropriate link in the email and complete the steps that follow.
