If you come across a site displaying Google ads that is violating Google policies, you can report a policy violation. As part of Google policy, sites showing Google ads may not:
- Change user preferences
- Redirect users to unwanted websites
- Contain pop-ups or pop-unders
- Initiate downloads
- Include malware
