The stream ID is the unique identifier for the data stream from which user activity originates. You can add stream IDs to your events to send data to certain data streams.
To find the stream ID for a data stream:
- In Admin, under Data collection and modification, click Data Streams.
Note: The previous link opens to the last Analytics property you accessed. You can change the property using the property selector. You must be an Editor or above at the property level to find the stream ID for a data stream.
- Select the data stream.
- Look at the Stream ID field.
You can report on the data for a data stream using the Stream ID dimension.
