Managing Policy Violations

My app has been removed from Google Cast

Unpublished applications count as strikes against the good standing of your developer account. Multiple or egregious policy violations may result in termination of your developer account.

After a removal

A removal means that users will be unable to view or access the removed application. If your developer credentials are still in good standing with Google Cast and the nature of your application allows for it, you may make corrections and publish a new compliant instance of the application.

Please do not re-publish a removed application until the policy violation has been remedied.

Appeals

We will only re-publish applications if an error was made, and a re-review finds that your application does not violate the Google Cast SDK Additional Terms of Service.

If you'd like to appeal, please submit your request via our contact us form here.
