This feature is available with Google Workspace.
You can easily get back to documents you were working on with the Pick up where you left off assist card. Quickly see the documents in Google Drive you recently viewed or edited, or were commented on by someone else.

Sign in to Cloud Search at cloudsearch.google.com.
If you can't sign in, your account doesn't have Cloud Search. Learn more
- Go to the Pick up where you left off card.
- Click Show More to see all the items, if there are more than three.
- Click an item to open the document in Drive.
- Click Back
to return to the homepage.
Assist cards aren't supported on mobile browsers. Install the Cloud Search app on your mobile device.
