Accessing CS First Content
All of our content and materials are free of charge and accessible online. You don’t need an account or class to be able to access CS First, however it is recommended to create an account to have the best user experience for both teachers and students.
Setting up a teacher account and classroom, allows you to:
- Track student progress for students enrolled in your CS First class.
- Gain student insight via summaries of student surveys.
- Connect your CS First classes to Google Classroom.
- Monitor your students' progress and access your students' projects within your teacher dashboard.
If you choose to use CS First without an account, teachers will not be able to track student progress and students will not be able to save their work within CS First.
