Recording Audio in Scratch for CS First

Currently, there is no way to record audio within Scratch for CS First, however, students are able to upload their own unique sound. When you click on the sound tab, there is a microphone icon in the bottom left corner. One of the options presented is to upload a sound.

There is no plan to add this feature as it has been left off for privacy purposes. This help article has more information on what features differ between Scratch and Scratch for CS First.
