What is reselling?
Reselling means providing write access to the Services to a third party (e.g., a Client) that is not explicitly permitted such access to the Services under the applicable Agreement with Google.
As stated in the Google platform services terms and conditions, there is no reselling of Display & Video 360 unless expressly permitted. Except as expressly set forth in an Order Form, Company may not resell any of the Services.
