Report fraud

You can now report suspicious SIM swap and port-out activity on your account. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, to further investigate or take immediate action, report it to Google Fi support.

Report any suspicious activity like:

  • Changes you didn’t make such as name, address, password resets, and plan changes.
  • Login activity from unfamiliar locations or devices.
  • International roaming when you haven’t traveled.
  • Unknown person added to your group plan.
  • A port out confirmation for a request you didn’t make.
  • Unexpected emails or texts from Google about changes in your account.
  • Unexpected push notifications or requests for authentication.

Report fraudulent activity related to your Google Fi account

If you suspect any fraudulent activity on your account, you can file a ticket to our Google Fi support team.

To file a ticket, you can:

  • Select Fraud Reporting on this site.
    • To investigate further, our agents pick it up.
  • Go to the Google Fi app.
