Find your customer support PIN in the GFiber App

Locate your support PIN code within your Google Fiber account

We regularly update the GFiber App with new features to help make it even easier for you to manage your home or business network. We’ll be making improvements throughout 2025 and beyond, so your GFiber App might look different from the examples below.

What is my Google Fiber PIN number?

When you contact Google Fiber customer support, you may be asked to provide your customer support PIN. Your PIN is a 5-digit number that identifies you as an authorized Google Fiber customer. If you haven't signed up for Google Fiber yet, you'll be asked to create a unique 5-digit PIN during the sign-up process.

Your Google Fiber PIN is not to be confused with your Google Account PIN. You can create or change your Google Account PIN to take certain actions, like set up a device or make a purchase.

To find your Google Fiber PIN:

  1. Navigate to the Account tab.
  2. Your PIN appears in the Personal Information section.

To edit an existing PIN:

  1. Touch Account.

  2. Touch Change PIN.

If you created a 4-digit Google Fiber PIN in the past, it will be replaced by a 5-digit PIN when you touch Change PIN. Your PIN must contain at least two different numbers, and cannot be sequential. For example, 12345 won’t be accepted.

  3. Enter a unique PIN that's easy to remember and click Save. Your new PIN will be displayed on your Account screen.

If you receive an email indicating that your Google Fiber customer support PIN has changed and you didn't make the change, someone has access to your Google Account password. Change your Google Account password, then sign back into the Google Fiber app and change your customer support PIN.
