Charge your Fitbit Ace LTE

Fitbit Ace LTE is designed to get kids through their day and be charged overnight.1 

Tip: If your watch won't charge even after you've followed the steps below, you can Fix a Fitbit Ace LTE that won't charge.

Step 1: Use the USB-C fast charging cable included with your watch.

Confirm that you're using the USB-C fast charging cable included with your purchase to charge your Fitbit Ace LTE.

  

Step 2: Plug the cable into a power source.

Plug the USB-C fast charging cable into a compatible power source port or adapter (sold separately). Then, plug the adapter into a power outlet.

 

 

Step 3: Put the watch on the charger.

Place the watch on the charger with the cable coming out from the side where the buttons are located. 

Step 4: Check the Fitbit Ace LTE screen to make sure it's charging.

Once your Fitbit Ace LTE is positioned on the charger, the screen will update to show percent charged, the date, and the time. This indicates that your watch is successfully charging.

Note: If you see the alert below, your Fitbit Ace LTE is not charging. Ensure that it's connected correctly.

 

Step 5: Know how long to wait if your Fitbit Ace LTE screen doesn't immediately start charging.

If you haven't charged your watch in a while, it may take longer for the watch screen to boot up. The images below indicate how long it takes for each watch screen to appear after being placed on the charger.

The watch has loaded and now shows the charging progress that includes the date and time.

Note: If you configure a screen lock, the watch displays the protected screen instead. To ensure that the watch completes the boot process, unlock the screen.

1 16 hours of battery life is approximate and is based on testing conducted in California in 2023 on pre-production hardware and software, using default settings across a mix of talk, data, standby, and use of other features. Battery life depends on features enabled, usage, environment and many other factors. Use of certain features will decrease battery life. Actual battery life may be lower.
