Make sure you have your support PIN ready when you call. - Reply to the welcome email you received when you purchased Nexus devices with Android Device Support.
- Submit and track support requests in the Google Cloud Support Center (GCSC). You can access GCSC at https://enterprise.google.com/supportcenter.

- Sign in to the Support page in the Google Admin console.
- Click Android Device Support > Get PIN.
