Schedule a Jamboard device for a meeting

You can reserve a Jamboard when you schedule meetings. The upcoming event displays on the board. To start your meeting, you can then tap the event on the board.

Before you begin

Your administrator will need to connect your Jamboard to a calendar.

Schedule a meeting from your phone

1. Open the Google Calendar app .
2. Tap Create  Event
3. Tap Add Room.
4. Search for the Jamboard, or the room where the Jamboard is installed.
5. Select an option from the results.
6. Tap Save.

Schedule a meeting from your computer

1. Go to Google Calendar.
2. Click an empty time in your calendar, or in the top left corner, click Create .
3. Click More options.
4. On the right, click the Rooms tab.
5. Search for the Jamboard, or the room where the Jamboard is installed.
6. Select an option from the results.
7. Click Save.
