You can see details about people from your messages, like their phone number or email address.

Find someone's contact information in an email

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app .
2. Open an email with the person whose details you want to know.
3. At the top left of the email, tap the profile picture.

Find someone's contact information while composing an email

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app .
2. Tap Compose.
3. Enter the email address of the person whose details you want to know.
4. Tap Enter or select the email address from the suggested list.
5. Tap the email address.
6. In the new menu, tap the profile picture.
