When you activate this feature on the call, the participants are notified. The call is transcribed with advanced speech recognition technology and then summarized by the Gemini summarization model.

After the call ends, you'll find a brief summary of the key points discussed in the call log next to the call entry. The summary includes:

  • Topics covered: Main ideas and talking points from the call.
  • Action items: Any specific next steps or tasks mentioned during the call.
  • Dates, times, and places: References to specific dates or times mentioned in the call.

Tip: In addition to the summary, you can also access a full transcript of the call. This transcript provides a detailed record of everything that was said by both parties.
