Internet connection error
If you receive an error message stating that you are not connected to the Internet, while you definitely are connected, please the following:
- Mobile data usage is enabled for our app in Settings
- Your device's time and date correspond to your actual time zone
- If you are NOT situated in the region or country with USA import restrictions, please make sure your VPN is off
