Important: Bluetooth-capable Titan Security Keys are no longer available for purchase via Google Store or authorized third-party distributors.
If your Bluetooth Security Key isn’t working, you can reset it. Your key will still be registered to your account after it’s reset.
- On the back of your Bluetooth Titan Security Key, find the small, circular hole. It’s just below the keyring loop.
- With a pin, gently push the reset button inside the hole.
- Try using or pairing your key again.
