Find solutions to common issues.

Using Waze in your car? Follow the steps below on your phone. If you're using Android Auto or CarPlay, make sure to disconnect your phone first.

  1. Open Waze
  2. Tap 
  3. Tap Help and feedback
  4. Tap Report an issue
  5. Select the topic and sub-topic related to your issue. One or more common solutions will appear.

If you still need help, you can contact Waze support:

  1. Tap Submit a ticket at the bottom of the screen
  2. Describe your issue. If you're using an in-car system, select "The issue appears on my In-Car system", then your in-car system type.
  3. If you have any screenshots, tap Add to include them
  4. Tap Submit
