Fix issues with passes on your smartwatch
I can’t find a pass on my watch after adding it on my phoneCommon reasons why a pass may not appear on your smartwatch after adding it on your phone include:
- Your watch isn’t connected to the internet or mobile data. Check your connection and try again.
- Expired passes in the Google Wallet mobile app don't appear on your smartwatch.
Some passes and items can’t be used on your smartwatch and can only be used with Google Wallet on your phone.
Examples of passes that can’t be used on your smartwatch include:
- Health insurance cards
- Other private passes
Depending on your watch's brightness or contrast and the physical scanner itself, certain passes with dense bar or QR codes may not scan properly. When you think this might be the case, you'll find a disclaimer beneath the bar or QR code suggesting you to open it by phone. If you can't scan the pass, open it on the phone and try to scan.
