Pay-Per-View event refund policies
- You can request a refund up until the scheduled start time of the event.
- If your refund is approved, you’ll get a confirmation on the next screen. We'll remove access to the event and your money will be returned within the refund timelines listed here.
Request a refund for a Pay-Per-View event
On your computer:
- Go to youtube.com/purchases
- Click Refund next to the item that you would like refunded.
- Click Request refund.
If you’re billed by Google Play, you’ll be redirected to a form and asked to answer a few questions about your purchase. Add required details and click confirm to submit your request.
Once you submit your refund request, you’ll get an email confirmation.
