NAI Preliminary Comments on Proposed Rulemaking under the Colorado Privacy Act

The NAI submitted comments to the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) in Colorado on proposed rulemaking under the Colorado Privacy Act. The NAI supports the OAG in its principle-guided rulemaking approach outlined in its April preliminary rulemaking document, including harmonizing, encouraging innovation, clarifying ambiguities, and streamlining compliance.
