Allows you to try different hanging techniques easily with just a pull of a hook and loop strip. 4. One foot sections allow for uniform placement when swaging your garland. Garland Not Included The cover comfortably fits railings that measures between 7.5 to 9.5 inches around, and is designed with seamless interlinking hook and loop sections that provide a custom fit for all banister lengths. The cover is secured to your banister with Velcro straps and stays anchored between stair spindles. It is not designed for wall mounted railings. Simply measure your handrail and order the corresponding kit size (if you have more than one section of banister, measure and order for each section) Each kit includes the following: One foot interlinking section(s) (quantity based on banister length) Three inch interlinking sections (quantity of four per kit) Additional secure straps (quantity of three per kit) The 3"-12" kits do not come with any additional one foot sections or secure straps.
