Global icon Kylie Jenner is being accused of committing a fashion felony. Australian designer Jessica Johansen-Bell, the owner of a boutique fashion label, said she noticed that the designs from the latest release of Kylie’s fast-fashion label Khy are uncannily similar to her own designs.
