Starting a new business is never easy, especially in an established market and amid challenging investment conditions. However, our passion for delivering value and truly partnering with our clients to share their vision has driven us forward. Thanks to your support, we are closing out our first year with the following achievements: 🧬 5 Scale programmes deployed, including 2 stealth biotech builds (Over 100 hires) 🧬 2 InSource programmes deployed (over 20 consultants deployed) 🧬 1 InLaunch programme deployed (team of 20 commercial consultants deployed) 🧬 Over 200 contingent placements, from preclinical to clinical operations to CMOs (and counting) 🧬 Partnerships with 10+ leading VCs to build the biotechs of tomorrow 🧬 Two offices established: London and Basel (with Boston in the works for 2025) 🧬 Tripled our team size, growing from 7 to 24, with plans to double again next year Of course, none of this would have been possible without the support and trust of our clients, and we are truly grateful for it.
