I was really pleased to contribute to a documentary about Her Majesty the Queen with Julia Melchior, for Broadview TV. It aired in France and Germany last night; you can access it on the links below if you'd like to see it. The *very first* public engagement Camilla took part in after she became Queen was to visit domestic abuse survivors and workers, with SafeLives Shana Begum. The section on the Queen's domestic abuse campaigning runs 31-38 minutes. The film features the extraordinary work of Allie Crewe, and the story and campaign of Diana Parkes and Hetti Barkworth-Nanton CBE at the Joanna Simpson Foundation. It was such a joy to see the Authentic Voice: Embedding Lived Experience Conference 2024, come to life yesterday. The idea and design of the Authentic Voice Panel (https://lnkd.in/ewMcfgzK), it was supported into reality by Jen Douglas, Samantha Keogh, Stephanie Jean Lammers-Rice and many others. Being witness to such a breadth of experience and expertise, lived and learned, or both - was a year's highlight for me.
