Senior leaders, like all of us, are human. In my experience, many of them appreciate feedback, especially when it's delivered consistently. I'm a fan of the SBI (Situation, Behavior, Impact) model. It helps by describing the situation, the specific behavior observed, and the resulting impact. This approach can foster strong working relationships and contribute to career growth. After all, we learn from each other.

Reflection is like taking a mental selfie. When you're in conflict with someone, it's essential to figure out why. Is it because of different work styles? Clashing personalities? Or maybe they always use your work mug! Once you've pinpointed the cause, you're on the right track. Now you can either patch things up and work harmoniously in the future (like a well-oiled machine) or decide that you're better off avoiding each other if you can. Remember, understanding the root of the issue is key.
