I met the women who this belonged to over the weekend at her estate sale Her brother had gotten this for her in 1942 in Japan when he was in the service! She loved it for many many moons until it just sat in her closet till the day I scooped it up! It's amazing it does have some small minor flaws but damn for being as old as it is I would say it's in great condition Silk material Quilted Amazing embroidered floral design down both sides of jacket Tassels on both top sides going down front of jacket 2 pockets Lined inside pockets Lined inside jacket One lining in one pocket is torn so maybe no loose change in that specific pocket It does seem to have some staining ( darker blue in color) on bottom front and bottom back of jacket or maybe it's just the west of the silk Some staining on inside lining and a couple small holes on bottom inside lining one pocket lining is ripped an there is a musty smell to this piece as it's been sitting in a box in a basement for decades you'll probably need to dry clean this piece Check photos for flaws One tiny little eye lit closure at the top of neck Fits a womens medium/smaller large No stretch to material Measurements are approximate and taken flat so please double bust and waist for more accurate sizing Bust: 18.5 in Waist: 19 in Length: 24.5 in Sleeve length: 21.5 in All sales are final Disclaimer: I wear patchouli burn incense palo santo and sage if you are scent sensitive I would not buy from my shop.
