We can either sketch up something based on an idea that you have or combine or create something form scratch. Custom Costume orders require a nonrefundable deposit prior to construction. For larger orders or custom orders payment must be made 50% before and 50% two weeks before shipping Custom Designed Costumes The first step is to Purchase a custom costume deposit to add your order to our queue . Second we would usually sketch up an idea for approval. Next we will order the materials and supplies which generally contribute greatly to the cost ( depending on how many swarovski rhinestones, Appliques and beaded / Embroidered fabrics are used. All costume prices generally run $350-$1000 . All Custom costumes are nonrefundable. If you order something in stock that is READy to SHIP you can exchange it or return it if you ship it back within 24-36 hours or receipt. If you order something from our shop in a different color and size it can also be exchanged for something else or altered if needed. We do NOT accept custom Returns on anything completely CUSTOM ( meaning we designed it just for you or we manufactured a design you provided to us. NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not accept 50% deposits to start the process . We require that the costume be paid in full to start. The materials Required make up approximately 59% of the cost required to make he Unfortunately, past cancelations / changes after making deposits have forced us to require 100% payments.
