Vintage high waisted jean shorts by Regatta New York. Light blue sand blasted / sun bleached coloring, with vertical welt pockets at the front hip & one buttoned back flap pocket on the right side. Front hip lines are pleated to provide a roomy leg opening (30" diameter!) with back darts for shaping. Cuffed. Has five belt loops and a metal fly zipper & metal front button.
