Girls Head Basketball Coach

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Teach proper techniques, rules, and strategies of the sport/activity.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment for participants.
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline.
- Monitor and ensure the safety of participants during practices and competitions.
- Plan and organize practices, drills, and game strategies.
- Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and other coaches.
Skills: - Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline among participants.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback.
- Ability to adapt coaching techniques to meet the needs of different age groups and skill levels.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal Pay: $2,142.
