Fable: The Balverine Order is the first book from the Fable series. The book takes place somewhere in the 50 years between the events of Fable II and Fable III. The date of release will be October 5, 2010 and will be released with an exclusive code to unlock a weapon in Fable III.[1]

The publishers description reads:
