Drozdowski is an originary surname of the European culture, is hereditary and patrilineal name, more commonly used in the Poland. After the First World War and during the Russian revolution, in 1917 middle, entire families if dislocated for neighboring countries and even though they had immigrated for Americas. Had to the fact of the linguistics to be different and even though for error of grafia, it suffered many alterations, as we can observe as; Drazdauskas in the Lituania, Drauzdauskas, in Brazil, etc. The name gains notoriety, when of the Rebellion of Warsaw in the year of 1794. One met for the place, an insignificant unit of not more than 100 armed civilians with an only cannon of 6 counts, commanded for the captain of the artillery Jacek Drozdowski. A Polish unit opened fire with its only cannon and gradually it withdrew starting through the quadrilateral against the palace of Brühl in its side north, going off intermittently. At the same time the Russian commander did not emit no order and its columns had been stops; simply frightened under the enemy fire. The other important person was Antanas Strazdas signed in Polish as Antoni Drozdowski, poet and priest.(1760-1833). Only two poetry books were published during his lifetime, one in 1814 and other in 1824.
