Summary

Description
English: Flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina proposal - part of the Carlos Westendorp's third alternative proposal from 1998. This alternative to a new flag used the light blue colour of the flag of the United Nations with five narrow white and five narrow golden bars. The design, 1:2 dimensions, colours and construction details were based primarily on the description from FOTW: Bosnia and Herzegovina - The 1998 Flag Change - Westendorp Third Alternative).
