Need the review URL sent in email to be saved in DB

    We need to send a push notifications also to our customer. Tried to look for a hook to get the review form URL but there is no any. Also the API being call just send the generic message. Can we get the review URL in the API response too?

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    If you want to get the review form URL, please host the template on your site by going to Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab > Verified Reviews: No verification.
    Then check the form ID in the table cr_local_forms.

    Thanks, We want to keep the verifications too.

    Any possibility to get that URL in API response that is being called from plugin?

    Thanks for your additional information.

    Unfortunately, there is no option to get the review form URL if the templates are hosted on our site cusrev.com.

    Please consider this, as our use case is that we are building mobile application and we want to send push notification to user to open the same link from app via push notification once the order is made.

    If you enable verification of reviews, we cannot share review form URLs with anyone except the customer. The URLs have to be secret, so that we can verify that a review was written by a customer and not by a shop manager.
