I like the simplicity of the interface. It helps me to organise my tasks and my day, while helping me to stick to habits such as 'Eat Lunch' because I tend to eat al desko otherwise. I used Motion for a year, but I found that Reclaim had a more straightforward interface and did everything that I needed. I am a consultant and my tasks and activities change frequently, often in the same day. Reclaim responds quickly. It helps to keep me on target with my tasks through a simple interface. Productivity can end up being 'busywork'. Setting up tasks can exacerbate procrastination because it feels like 'work' but the Reclaim app helped me to record tasks quickly so I don't waste time 'working' on productivity. Very happy to have found Reclaim.

This is the most useless, most annoying, and generally most time-wasting scheduling app that I have tried in the last year. The most revealing thing I can say is that I was profoundly relieved when I found out how to disentangle myself from it entirely. For context, I use Trello (for long term projects) and Todoist (for smaller projects) regularly. Over the last year, I have installed and tried other time management or time blocking apps, including skedpal, sunsama, etc. I've been exploring especially AI features, such as automatically adding travel time, shifting tasks when a conflicting meeting was added and so on. All of the other apps had both useful and not so useful features. I think that most scheduling apps are at least somewhat intuitive to me. But, the following remarks should take into account that perhaps I was utterly unable to read and follow the user guides to Reclaim, which might in itself affect your interest in it. All Reclaim did was clutter up my calendar with junk. If I entered a court appearance in Google calendar, Reclaim helpfully filled the calendar with "work commitment." Really? How helpful -- no kidding, it never occurred to me when I entered a court appearance on my calendar, that it was - gasp! - a work commitment. Thank goodness for AI! Enter 5 hearings in a morning and - wow! - Reclaim adds five "work commitments" to the same times, making Google Calendar almost unreadable. I understand that perhaps this would have some use in a team environment, i.e. if one person enters an event, other team members could see that he or she had a "work commitment." If you're on a team where knowing that a colleague had a "work commitment" but not what it was, had some purpose, then Reclaim might have some merit. The advertised AI features, where tasks etc would be moved as schedules changed, simply never happened for me to any helpful extent. Reclaim simply jammed more uninformative clutter into the same space on Google Calendar. It's either too complicated for me to work with or too much of a mess to deal with. Better luck to smarter users. I should say that an app that is primarily online (or that is online and must be the primary scheduling/task management locus) is not helpful to me as I am frequently offline, due to lack of cell service or WIFI. It is essential to me that I can enter info in Google calendar first.

I think this is brilliant for business teams, which is obviously the market it's pursuing. But I also think it has great potential to be a revolutionary personal assistant. However, I think in order to achieve that Reclaim would have to rethink the way the AI syncs between calendars. A more personal scheduling assistant would be able to create events according to habits, but under several personal calendars. For example, If I had a "Fitness" calendar I would want Reclaim to be able to give me roughly 3 days out of the week that are convenient for me to go to the gym (that way i dont have to dread trying to decide which days for myself) but I could also schedule days that I meet with my trainer or my nutritionist, which are inherently different events that call under the same Fitness Calendar. Then perhaps I could use a "Family" Calendar to find times to call my mother, since I know what times she is generally free and I don't need to consult her as to when to call. I also am a hobbyist who enjoys producing music in my free time, but can never seem to find the motivation to sit down in front of my studio, even though I know what times generally I am free to do that. I could create a series of habits under a "Music" calendar for this purpose. Overall I think a lot of people dread the idea of mapping out their goals, passions and more menial time obligations and what Reclaim can offer is the ability to take the guess work out of when to DECIDE to do something because the ai has decided for you. I think a lot of people would find real value in an application like that. If you think about it, sitting down and deciding when you are going to go to the gym, work on your passion projects, or call your mother sound like cumbersome things to plunk into a calendar app, and the thought of waking up in the morning and seeing that a virtual assistant has done it all for you is extremely wholesome and refreshing.

Before Reclaim.ai, my schedule was a mess. Tasks were all over the place, and managing them was a headache. Reclaim.ai changed everything. It puts tasks on my calendar automatically and even reschedules them. Habits formed almost on their own. It works with different systems, so everything's in one place now. I even got rid of Calendly and saved money with Reclaim's scheduling links. Everything's on autopilot. I just plan and do, and Reclaim handles the rest. The support team is great, and they're always improving things. I started for free but loved it so much I paid for more features. If you want to get more done without all the stress, you should definitely try Reclaim.ai. It's been a life-saver for me!

It asked if I needed travel time between tasks and when I input yes, it never applied it. Also always scheduled tasks AFTER the due date I input. If I locked a task or even so the schedule would not rearrange it, it simply unlocked it and moved it. If I selected a set time for an event, it also moved it. Highly dislike, caused a load of rework. And this was only the first day out of 14 day free trial. Definitely would not spend my money on it.

Spreads tasks over multiple segments according to my set time block limits. The #FLIGHT feature - genius. Automatically buffers my airport travel time. 'Add Travel Time' feature - a lifesaver. Blocks out drive time before and after events. Smartlock feature - brilliant. Locks appointments, tasks, habits to prevent automatic movement. Integrates smoothly with other tools - Slack, Todoist, Google Tasks. Saves me repeatedly by surfacing long-forgotten tasks. Perfect tool for scheduling meetings, especially 1:1. Pure convenience. Syncs seamlessly with my Google Calendar. Prioritization levels - a time saver. Cuts down on weekly planning & scheduling hours. Helps distinguish between habit and task. Crystal clear. Automagically schedules my tasks. What's not to love? Support team is lightning fast. Always exceeding expectations. Overall, Reclaim.AI - a productivity game changer. But don't just take my word for it, discover the cool features yourself!

Best time/task management tool I've used so far. I love the auto-scheduling feature with the AI, it also helps a lot with my habits. The custom hours are easy to set up and use. It gives me a better and more realistic view of what I can actually manage in a day. I've tried many different tools in the past but I've stuck with reclaim the longest. The only thing I wish they had was some kind of backlog list for tasks that I don't want to schedule immediately, other than that, I'm happy :)

After installing the app it asks me to "Sign In" but I can't. It just sits there spinning and never signs in. Nothing happens..... I uninstalled it.

Life changing. As someone who has gone through several different softwares to try and stay organized, Reclaim has been better because it books the tasks and meetings for me. So, I only need to focus on work.
