Australian advertising agency Apparent worked with Google to create a spot thanking IT professionals for keeping the world working seamlessly throughout the pandemic. One of the images they chose was of Melba Roy Mouton, an American mathematician who served as Assistant Chief of Research Programs at NASA. Getty Images’ Rights & Clearance team located and contacted Melba’s Estate for permission to use her likeness.
