Job Description
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Create engaging and relevant content strategy for social media platforms as per strength of each platform and requirements of the client.
- Monitor social media channels to track performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze social media data to provide analysis, insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Create social media competitive analysis for different clients for research and insight purposes and base content strategies on the findings.
- Assist in identifying and segmenting target audiences to tailor content and messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Foster meaningful interactions with online community of client(s) and build strong relationships with followers.
- Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance our social media efforts.
- Work closely with the client servicing, design, and content teams to align social media campaigns with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate and collaborate on content creation, campaign planning, and promotional activities.
- Monitor social media channels for any potential issues or crisis.
- Develop and execute crisis management strategies to address and mitigate negative sentiment or brand reputation issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media content creation or management.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
- Strong writing and communication skills for creating engaging content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in community management and audience engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle crisis situations effectively.
