Some very mild scenes

Part I:

Blood is shown on the man's foot after he was injured by a rat trap.

A woman burns to death (no blood or gore is shown).

Part II:

A man slaps a woman.

Part III:

A character spikes multiple characters water with GHB and talks about how it killed one of them. (You don't see them die).

33 uses of f-words and a few other milder profanity throughout. Part II has the most language.

A character is shown drinking and driving

A character buys crack.

At night a man starts to hear noises. The house is dark and he speculates that it is a poltergeist.

After the man is spiked with GHB, he begins to have hallucinating effects and begins coughing.
