It's a solid premise which leads to some entertaining drama and action, but it's the emotional moments that elevate the film. The motivations behind the two lead character's morally grey decisions are what make them worth rooting for-they're men trying to support family. I especially connected with the lead character's tenderness with his mother with dementia, as I can relate as my own mother has dementia. And I thought the romantic subplot was really sweet and sincere.
This film starts off a little awkard but the story picks up pretty quickly and by the end I was definitely interested in what was going to happen to the characters, who are likeable even though they aren't exactly playing "good guys". The lead actors do a good job. The trailer shows a funny clip but doesn't do the film justice.

I thought the cast had good chemistry together and overall the acting was solid. The story has a familiar approach but I was entertained throughout.
This film portrays and questions the morality of the current system, where drug companies commit the same crimes that a drug lord but get away with it.

Good Film. Was not sure what to expect but drawn by some of the comments in the good reviews. It was a nice piece of indie film making by Rasheed Stephens. He takes on some of today's social issues and weaves a good and dramatic story. He even finds a way to inject a little humor. A good storyline, well acted and worth a watch. Give it a watch.

Induced Effect is about two teenagers that get together making an odd ball couple to sell perscription drugs in an dramatic comedy. The characters will keep you interest from beginning to end.
