En mi experiencia, la mayor clave para que un plan estratégico pueda tener éxito es motivar al equipo a trabajar en él, para esto mi recomendación es hacerlos parte del proceso, compartir los insights, la tendencias de mercado y en conjunto construir un plan en el cual todos compartan la visión y sientan que pueden aportar activamente en el resultado.
