Whether Industry changes or not continues learning should be inherent part of leadership DNA. Otherwise we will become corporate dinosaurs 🦕. Curious mind will always have this inquisitive to learn. The industry changes and disruptions are not necessarily come from within the Industry. It can be from altogether different corners. Who thought Airbnb can disrupt hotel Industry or Amazon disrupts retail book sellers. Apart from academic intelligence (through certification), it is imperative to get market intelligence to stay relevant and stay ahead.

Are you a curious person? If you answered yes, then you probably pursue continuous learning pretty regularly. And that is a GREAT thing. It means you will stay ahead on top of industry changes and ahead of your peers. We all know that trends and technologies are evolving quickly. (In fact, I just recorded a podcast about this today). So, if you are curious. -Seek out opportunities to learn from peers. -Attend webinars. -Learn new tools. -Reflect on your experiences If you are like me, you are CURIOUS and thrive on remaining open to growth. And guess what?! It's pretty cool because you can actually transform change from something you may fear to a life-changing opportunity! Let's goooo!

The strategies are excellent for fostering continuous growth, the first one that Iives with me: Set Learning Goals Define what I want to achieve and plan to reach these goals. Make effort to dedicate small daily time slots to learning, like reading articles or watching tutorials. Listening to Podcasts and Webinars Utilize downtime to listen to industry podcasts or attend webinars. It's important to Apply What You Learn, enhance your skills by applying new knowledge in daily basys tasks also regularly review and reflect on your learning to integrate it into your work.

For me-blockiing time to review webinars, linkedin posts, read newsletters is how I keep on the fore front of industry changes. I don't always look to "act" on these lessons immediately-but I do find monthly reviews (sometimes weekly) help me organize my thoughts around these insights as they relate to our business priorities.
