Audible’s service for Germany launched 20 years ago, and we’ve proudly worked with bestselling author Sebastian Fitzek for much of that journey—starting with his debut novel ‘Therapy’ as an Audible exclusive in 2006. Together, we’ve grown his global audience through audiobooks, radio plays, Originals, movies, and TV series. Thanks for the birthday love, Sebastian! 🧡 Check out Audible Germany’s list of hit titles throughout the past 20 years: adbl.co/3VyN2fj #20JahreAudible

Listeners in Germany, France, Italy, and Spain can now experience our Audible Original adaptation of George Orwell's '1984.' These locally-crafted productions feature star-studded performances and immersive Dolby Atmos sound design, mirroring the success of our English-language debut earlier this year. To promote the new releases, we launched captivating activations showcasing the story's iconic imagery across European cities, like this drone show in Berlin. We also hosted live discussions with cast members and engaging influencer collaborations, viewable on our social media. We invite you to discover Orwell's dystopian world through our signature audio storytelling. 👁️ 🇩🇪: https://adbl.co/4gj9voq 🇫🇷: https://adbl.co/3ZyD4gq 🇮🇹: https://adbl.co/49oq6oS 🇪🇸: https://adbl.co/3CYCEHc

As this year comes to a close, I must reflect on my journey since starting this internship. I’ve grown immensely and learned so much from many talented professionals, and I am deeply grateful to everyone who has supported me at Audible. It has been a surreal experience to contribute to projects that are actively being used at Audible, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I’d like to give a special thanks to my mentor, John Shackleton, and my amazing team at Audible. Additionally, I want to express my gratitude to Micaela Generali and Prelude for equipping me with the skills to thrive in a professional workplace. I’m incredibly excited to continue this journey and see what next semester has in store for me at Audible!

We’re inspired by the dedication and care our team brings to everything they do—both at work and in our communities around the world. From volunteering with Willing Hearts to sharing expertise at Futr Asia, this week showcased the incredible impact of living our People Principle: Activate Caring. Thank you for embodying this spirit and for making a difference. Here's to continuing this meaningful work in the new year!

One of the things that drew me to Audible was the core value of "Activate Caring." It resonated deeply with my belief in giving back and operating with kindness. I'm so proud to be part of a team that lives its principles—not only through the way it cares for its people but also through the communities it serves. Volunteering at Willing Hearts was a humbling reminder of the impact that small acts of service can have. It was my absolute privilege to serve, in a small way, the vibrant people of Singapore. Earlier this week, I was also able to be part of Futr Asia, where I helped SMBs think about how they approach social commerce and shoppertainment, drawing from my experience across the various roles I've held. This has been a great week, and I can't wait to do more of this in the new year! Also pictured here is my incredible colleague Tejasvita Rao who is a joy to work and volunteer with!
