Leading convenience store chain Sheetz is tapping Constellation Navigator to expand its commitment to sustainable operations and enhance how it manages its energy consumption. Check out how the Constellation Navigator team and our Utility Bill Management platform is helping Sheetz to leverage data and analytics, track carbon emissions and reduce energy costs.

Braidwood Clean Energy Center welcomed 27 students and staff from Kankakee Community College’s Instrumentation and Process Control program to gain firsthand experience on how the theories and applications taught in the classroom translate to a nuclear power plant. The tour featured stops in the main control room simulator and instrument maintenance training lab for demonstrations on the various instrumentation our operators use every day. Our team, which includes KCC graduates, also provided an overview of how we generate clean electricity and discussed the path from education and training programs to a job in our industry. Thanks to KCC for a great visit!

Constellation Chief Generation Officer Bryan Hanson provided NBC News with a behind-the-scenes look at how nuclear will help power the data economy. On a tour of the Crane Clean Energy Center, which will add 835 megawatts of clean, reliable electricity to the grid, Bryan spotlighted the plant’s excellent condition and the work already underway to prepare for its reopening. 📺 https://lnkd.in/e6tXGqCx

Constellation’s Energy Solutions team was selected by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to implement a $172 million Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) for five facilities in Maryland and Washington, D.C. The project, which includes transitioning four buildings from fossil-fuel-powered steam to electric heat, is expected to save the GSA $2.2 million in annual utility costs and help avoid over 5,700 metric tons of carbon emissions annually. 

We gathered in person and virtually this week to celebrate what’s been a remarkable year at Constellation. Our second annual Purpose & Values Awards honored 38 outstanding employees — four teams and four individuals — that epitomize the work and accomplishments of the 14,000 people who make our company what it is.
